• Consultation Times: Appointments are available via Zoom in the evenings or on weekends.
• Booking Notice: Please book at least 24 hours in advance. In some cases, same-day evening appointments may be available based on my schedule.
• Custom Hat Turnaround: Once we finalize your design, expect 6-8 weeks for your custom hat to be handcrafted and ready.
